No Show and Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum 8hr. notice prior to pick up time in order to waive our minimum charge for Autos. Vans and mini coaches require a 24hr. notice. Buses require a 48hr. notice. Specialty vehicles such as stretch SUV’S and other “non-standard” vehicles require a 72hr. notice minimum.

On the day of “Big Events” (including but not limited to Award Shows, Sporting and concert events) extended minimums apply which require 48hr notice to cancel without penalty.

Late cancellations and no shows are charged at the respective minimums for that market and vehicle type. It is the client’s responsibility for any charges incurred by not giving proper notification. Client agrees to Vision Limousines, terms, conditions and rates.
